My friend Kim & her husband Lance, Kim's cousin Natalie & her date, friend Brooke & her boyfriend, and Jordan & I all had date night at Kim's parent's house. We made & ate homemade pizza that was DELICIOUS. (It was comparable to the taste of Pizza Mart on Main Street if any of you have been.)

Then we made pizookies. I was really really bummed and embarrassed that the flour I used to make the cookie dough was old...so, the cookies kinda tasted dull. SAD DAY. Good thing we didn't eat them all by themselves. The picture below is a generic GOOGLE find but it looks exactly like the ones we had. We tried to go PINTEREST style and put the cookies on the bottom side of muffin tins to make cookie bowls but...didn't work so well. (If anyone wishes to do this, I strongly recommend spray it first!)
While we waited for the cookies to come out of the oven we played around with Kim's parent's Karaoke! Good times...pretending to sing like Celine Dion & Brittney Spears (Does anyone remember that song LUCKY from back in the day??)
When the pizookies were eaten we all moved back to the dining table to play a little game of Truth Be Told (a Christmas gift from Santa)

It was a fun night! And, the things that I've been needing to talk to Jordan about...I FINALLY did. I feel so relieved...and yet, I feel like I've only scratched the surface of many important talks to come! Keep reading future posts to find out what I mean! *wink.
