You Could Be NEXT

So...

I got pulled over by a cop this last Saturday on my way home from Thatcher.

It was COMPLETELY and utterly ridiculous! The speed limit was 65 and I was going 68. I was pretty confident none of my tail lights were broken...though that wouldn't matter because it was day time.

Apparently I was, in his words, "impeding traffic". And in my words, in my head, I'm thinking, "really? REALLY? IMPEDING traffic? I'd like you to see an old grandma driver. THAT, my friend is IMPEDING TRAFFIC."

He told me this and I was relieved immediately because I thought he was truly going to give me a ticket for going 3 over the speed limit. He also said, "Just FYI, you are suppose to pull over to the right." So...I must have missed where it said that in the driver's manual. All I was thinking at the time is get off the freeway, not OH I NEED TO PULL OVER TO THE RIGHT.

Looong story short. That's all he pulled me over for. He didn't even mention ticketing or warning me! Needless to say: STUPID!

Wait, so what did you do? I am confused. You were driving too slow for the flow of traffic?

I am looking forward to reading The Host. I need to find a copy first.

I didn't know you had a tandem bike! I want to ride it! But it sounds like I better be on the front!

You do not. You just have to approve the comments (which I used to do and I really like it that way).

It's nice that Michelle is always giving away shoes, isn't it?! I love the new shoes even though they are well-worn.
