I have discovered this website that grades food. A-F. So, it takes the CALORIE COUNTING out of the equation. (Which is what I have been obsessing about lately.) It's surprising sometimes what you type in. Like graham crackers for instance. Generic receives a B- but Honey Maid receives a C-. I don't know about you but I would rather have a B- than a C-.
Just go there and try it. It's fun. Now I have a list of GRADE A snacks and foods on the wall that would benefit me more than D Grade foods (Which I also have a list of to remind me what is NOT a good choice).

Tiger's Milk protein bars SURPRISINGLY received an A!

That's pretty cool. I don't know if I would want to know my grades though!
