Dude, zits can happen anywhere. usually when they are other places they are called heat pimples. (I think?) I used to get them all the time on my legs when it was hot outside and I was running. Sometimes you can get pimples in places like ingrown hairs etc. like the bikini line, underarm hair stuff like that. Totally not weird. Just happens. =)
While were on the subject of TMI, explain how a skinny girl gets a pilondial cyst....usually big, fat hairy guys get them. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Or don't - cause its really gross. But I'm sure the zit hurts and I'm sorry. I can sympathize with you cause my cyst hurts, and its on my butt too.
hahahahaha! was it in the center of a cheek or at the top? if it was at the top, did you get new undies or pants? The waist line could have irritated it....otherwise haha I don't know.

Same way you get a zit anywhere else. Clogged pore. not your fault.
